DesInventar and DesConsultar in all their versions are registered
property of "La Red de Estudios Sociales en Prevención de Desastres
en América Latina - La RED".

By using the software, the user accept the present license and is
committed to fulfill all and each one of the conditions 
here written, both those that apply to the product of software in 
general and those applicable to the individual modules of the program.  
Any breach of the specified conditions will cause the termination of 
the contract of License.

General Conditions
1. The Software is provided AS IS, and there are no warranties
   expressed or impplied about its correct operation or the 
   results of its use for specific purposes.  In no case the author
   will be responsible by any kind of damage derived from the use 
   of the software product.

2. The user commits to:  
    i) to avoid any misrepresentation about the origin of software
   ii) to do not make any claims about the authoring of software, 
  iii) if software is used or redistributed (when it is allowed) 
        his origin must be specified.

3. DesConsultar and the diverse databases of disasters are available
   in the public domain.  Its use in any type and means of publication
   or diffusion is authorized as long as of the respective credit 
   is given as much to LaRED as to the people and/or institutions that
   generated each database.

4. Neither LaRED or the authors of databases are responsible by 
   the use or handling of such databases by third parties. This 
   information is placed in the public domain as a contribution 
   to the understanding of the problematic of the disasters and 
   for the development of initiatives oriented to the management 
   of risks.

5. DesInventar (the module itself) is a product of restricted 
   distribution, the end user does not have rights to redistribute
   this module to third parties, for such distribution you should
   contact directly with the author.

6  The module used to query databases "DesConsultar" can be 
   redistributed in binary form by the user, as long as this contract 
   of license is included without modifications, the user 
   distributes complete copies of the software (by using the same 
   installer distributed by the author) and including the 
   identifiers of copyright.

7. LaRED reserves the right to modify in the future the conditions 
   of the present contract of License
